Payment Policies
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Venmo, and cash or check.
Most HSA/FSA cards can also be used as payment, but you may want to confirm with your provider.
Unless other arrangements are made, payment is due at the time of your appointment. Payment is required for appointments missed with no notice.
