Whether it is dealing with grief or loss, anxiety, a major life change, or relationship issues, counseling can help.
Finding a therapist can be a stressful process, because you want to make sure you are working with someone you trust and feel safe opening up to. After reading more about me, please don’t hesitate to contact me with your questions, or schedule an introduction call.
